Best 1080P Dash Cam Under $200

I have been driving with the best reviewed 1080P dashcam under $100 for a while - Novatech A118/B40.  It is quite good during day time and decent for night footage but not excellent in any way.  It is somewhat difficult to read license plate numbers and anything else that require fine details.

So my search started for an upgrade dash cam that works great for both day and night with a price tag under $200.

Surprisingly, I came across this model produced by KdLinks (Model X1) with customer rating that is higher than any I have seen on a dash cam product.  The rating numbers are based on more than 500 reviews so I believe it is legitimate.

I went on to to further research and watched many test videos at YouTube as well.  I believe this must be the best dash cam on the market right now that cost well under $200.

The night footage is pretty amazing also with clear details in the video captured in wide angle format.
