Updated: This futuristic electric hoverboard is basically smart self-balancing two-wheel scooter powered by an electric motor.  It's way cooler than Segway and costs much less.  It was originally selling for almost $2,000 when first introduced, but now you can get one for around $300.

This next generation hoverboard features LG battery pack which provides 10 miles range and can be fully charged under 2 hours.

The model sold at Amazon listed here is latest version that is better than the one rapper Wiz Khalifa was riding on Sunday at the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

By the way, the name "Hoverboard" is really misleading as it does not actually hover like the one unveiled by Lexus this week.  It is driven by two wheels but does not require a specially magnetized track like the real hoverboard.

This model can travel up to 10 mph according to the manufacture.  In fact, it is one of the most highly rated model sold online.  A carry bag and remote key lock is also included in this purchase.
